- No special seating requests can be guaranteed.

- No bookings are confirmed unless full pre-payment is received.
- Bookings cancelled on or before 30 November 2026 will receive a full refund.
- Bookings cancelled from 1 December 2026 to 25 December 2026 will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- No refund of the ticket, in full or in part, will be offered in any other circumstances including but not limited to inclement weather, failure to adhere to the conditions, changes in personal circumstances, inability to attend the event, eviction from the event, or leaving the event early.
- By completing full prepayment at the time of booking, guests agree to abide by the terms and conditions.
