4 hour Venue Hire

  • Room Layout - scattered cocktail tables, stools and lounges (supplied by Venue)
  • Bump-in 1 hour pre event
  • Bump-out 30 minutes post event
  • Your selection of 4 hot canapes, 4 cold canapes and 2 substantial canapes
  • 3.5 hours Premium Beverage Package with your selection of 1 white, 1 red and 1 sparkling wine, 1 full strength and light beer, soft drinks & juices
  • Venue crockery, cutlery, glassware & black or white linen
  • Venue candle centrepieces
  • Free venue WI-FI

  • Professional wait staff & function supervisor
  • Dedicated Event Executive to assist in the lead up to the event

Optional Extras

  • Audio Visual Package @ $650.00 - Projector, Screen, Lectern with Gooseneck Microphone and sound system, excluding technician
  • Venue Security: $95 per hour x 4 hour minimum shift per guard (Rate 1:100 required)
  • Crew meals additional and not included in minimum spend: $55.00pp (inclusive of main & soft drinks)
