Terms & Conditions
Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking to confirm all New Year’s Eve reservations at Harbourfront Seafood Restaurant.
Please note that seating requests cannot be guaranteed and table allocations are subject to venue operations and event requirements.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings cancelled on or before 30 November 2026 will receive a full refund.
- Bookings cancelled from 1 December 2026 onwards are strictly non-refundable and incur a 100% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be provided in any other circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, changes to personal circumstances, failure to attend, late arrival, security restrictions, removal from the event or failure to comply with venue terms and conditions.
By completing payment, guests acknowledge and agree to all Harbourfront Seafood Restaurant New Year’s Eve terms and conditions.
Event Access & Arrival Information
Guests must retain their booking confirmation email, as this may be required as proof of entry into The Rocks precinct on New Year’s Eve.
We strongly recommend arriving no later than 6:30pm. Harbourfront Seafood Restaurant is not responsible for guests unable to access The Rocks precinct due to late arrival or road closures/security restrictions implemented throughout Sydney Harbour on New Year’s Eve.
