The onsite team was also fabulous! Running around making sure everything was running smoothly and making sure our champagne glasses were full! "My wife and I recently got married and used Watersedge as our ceremony venue and everything was perfect. The Watersedge team was the best! They would do numerous calls discussing the fine details, how we wanted to present the venue and give advice on other vendors and how to reduce cost. They were very kind and did not give us any pressure. The actual day went perfect, a team member was there to meet both of us outside at different times, helped all our guests find the venue and was just great with mingling with everyone. The venue was so beautiful with a view of the opera house, which numerous guests keep mentioning to this day. I would say it would be perfect for a smaller wedding and not only the ceremony. "Beautiful place to get married! We were very impressed and happy with the service provided by The Woodlands both in the lead up to and on the day of our wedding! We absolutely loved the bushland backdrop for our outdoor ceremony and the function room was just as special with so much natural light and greenery views through the big glass doors. The catering and bar was tailored to our exact wishes and the staff on the night were so accommodating. The events staff were easy to work with, contactable and took the time to understand our vision and help us make it happen, especially in the short timeframe we had! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a function room for any occasion, but especially a wedding."
